Whether you have a complete tech pack or just a rough sketch, our experts consult with you on material selection (such as high-colorfastness paper rope or natural raffia), custom logo techniques (embroidery, metal plates, or PU embossing), and trending accessories to define your unique handmade crochet bag style.
2. Design Confirmation & Quotation
Based on our communication, our design team provides a tailored solution that balances aesthetics with production feasibility. We discuss Flexible MOQ options (starting from 300pcs) and provide transparent pricing, ensuring every detail of your handcrafted tote bag meets your brand’s standards and budget.
3. Sample Production (Prototyping)
We bring the design to life in our Shandong factory. For simple designs, we offer up to five free samples; For designs involving raffia or requiring custom molds, we will charge a certain fee to help you transform your design into a sample. This stage allows you to feel the texture of the eco-friendly materials and verify the craftsmanship before bulk production begins.
4. Bulk Manufacturing & Quality Control
Once the sample is approved, our skilled artisans begin the meticulous process of crocheting, sewing, and finishing. Every handmade crochet bag undergoes a 100% quality inspection—from checking thread ends to ensuring structural integrity—guaranteeing that the final product is a masterpiece of artisanal excellence.
5. Logistics & Global Delivery
After passing final inspection, products are securely packed on pallets and managed through mechanical handling to ensure they remain in pristine condition. We coordinate the entire logistics process, delivering your custom collection from our facility directly to your warehouse, anywhere in the world.
Custom Materials
We offer a wide selection of high quality natural materials in our creations, such as craft paper, raffia, seagrass, wheat straw, corn husk, cotton rope, and recycled PP, allowing clients to flexible customize their own tote bags to suit their individual preferences and needs.
Custom Color
Due to the particularity of natural materials, we recommend choosing paper rope materials for color customization, which offers high colorfastness. If colorfastness is not a high priority for the customer, customization with other natural materials is also available.
Custom Logo and Patterns
According to the different characteristics of materials, we provide machine embroidery, manual embroidery, printing, embroidery patch, metal logo, PU embossing logo and other ways.

1. What Is The Minimum Order Quantity For Customization?
The general MOQ is 300pcs. Due to material MOQ or mould costs, we accept orders less than the MOQ of customized parts or accessary, but the price will be slightly higher than the normal MOQ. For example, the MOQ of the handbag is 300pcs , the MOQ of the customized metal logo is 2000pcs, we accept 300pcs minimum orders, and the additional mould cost will be added to the cost.
2. Do You Accept Part Or All Of The Materials From The Supplier Nominated By The Clients?
Of course, we accept the supplier nominated by clients, but to ensure shipping date, we are limited to purchasing from the nominated supplier in China.
3. How Do You Charge for Design/Customization Service?
For simple customization, with no more than one piece per design and a total of no more than five samples, we offer free samples. For special materials such as raffia, metal logos, and other high-cost customization materials, we charge a sample fee that is twice the quoted price, which will be refunded with a bulk order.
